1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on Scentifymee ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Products and Decants

All fragrances sold on Scentifymee are genuine decants sourced from authentic, original bottles. Decants are portions of a perfume transferred into smaller containers for sampling or travel purposes. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any fragrance brand or house.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, an error in pricing, or stock unavailability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled by the customer while they are in pending or processing status. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for eligible cancellations or damaged/incorrect items will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and the Scentifymee brand — is the property of Scentifymee and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scentifymee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
