Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on all orders below ₹799.

Orders above ₹799 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere in India.

Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure your decants arrive intact. We use tamper-evident sealing on all vials and atomisers.

Delays

Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, or public holidays. We will keep you informed if your order is significantly delayed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and the products and contact us at scentifymee.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
