Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Scentifymee, we take quality seriously. Because our products are fragrance decants — small portions transferred from original bottles — we follow a specific refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped by visiting My Orders and selecting “Cancel Order”. Once cancelled, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the returns section below.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • Your order was cancelled before shipment
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking
  • You received the wrong product or size
  • Your order was lost in transit and not delivered within 15 business days of dispatch

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

  • Change of mind or dislike of the fragrance
  • Products that have been used or partially consumed
  • Orders where an incorrect address was provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by courier partners or external factors beyond our control

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at scentifymee.in@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • A clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A photograph of the outer packaging

We will review your claim and, if valid, arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion within 3 business days of approval.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.). Refund timelines after approval:

  • UPI / Net Banking: 1–3 business days
  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • Wallets: 1–3 business days

Timelines are subject to your bank's processing time and may occasionally take longer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
